It was long (har har) overdue, but I have said goodbye to my long hair. As much as I may have wanted long, flowing, mermaid locks, I felt I had instead ended up with something more like seaweed. I am so happy with my new, shorter 'do, and am having fun with it – it's so nice when you feel your hair is doing what you want it to do.
