red polka dots (collar and cuffs)

Red polka dot details with a red wool skirt on a cold, rainy Autumn day. When it gets colder, I'd like a long sleeved cream jumper (sweater) to wear over the top. I actually have three red pencil skirts, all very different, of course, and I need each one!
