I am enjoying wearing simple things at the moment, but the want to wear some colour has come back. I have had this 80s dress for a few years, but haven't worn it for a long time – I don't know why. Inspired by Lady Melbourne and her great red dress, I thought I would try it again, and I am so glad I did. It is silk, it is red, it has – le gasp – a bow... love! It's perfect for this warm Autumn weather. I think I will be making up for lost time by wearing it a lot from now on.
